TAKE NOTICE that the NITEL/MTEL property located at Plot 1083 Emeka Anyaoku Street, Garki, Abuja and any other land and development thereon is public land and property owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) under the supervision of the National Council on Privatisation (NCP) through the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) and is the subject of an ongoing FGN valuation exercise.

TAKE NOTICE that this property is currently not available for any form of transaction (allotment, buying, selling, letting, leasing, charging, subdivision, construction upon or dealings in connection with the said property and parcels of land in any other manner) HOWSOEVER. Any such transaction is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent and amounts to trespass.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any person(s) interfering with the said parcel of land as aforesaid stands to lose his/her/their money as such agreements, contracts or arrangements entered into with person(s) purporting to have authority to transact on the property and or parcel of land whether in the manner described above or in any other manner whatsoever will not be honoured, neither will any monies paid in respect of such
transactions be reimbursed.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in addition, any person(s) interfering as aforesaid with the property and/or parcel of land under reference risk both criminal and civil actions by the FGN represented by the BPE.

The General Public is advised to direct all enquiries regarding the status of the property to the undersigned.
