Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), Mr. Alex A. Okoh presents the winning prize of N500, 000 in the maiden edition of the Bureau’s essay writing competition to Miss Onoh Cidiogo Jane of Girls Secondary School, Abakpa-Nike, Enugu State.
