FINANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The Finance and General Services (F&GS) Department of the BPE is responsible for overseeing the activities of the General Admin Unit, Human Resources Development Unit, Information Technology Services Unit, Procurement Unit to ensure that all procurement activities of the BPE are in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Act.

The department is also responsible for the Finance & Accounts Unit in order to ensure that all accounting standards and regulations are adhered to.

To department also works closely with the Director General to obtain necessary Council approvals relevant to the department and interfacing with key stakeholders like NASS, Ministries, Agencies and Departments where needed.
