Michael Ibrahim Magaji is a distinguished Management and Development Consultant with over three decades of cross-sectoral experience. His unique blend of technical knowledge, including a BA in Linguistics and French, an MA in French Linguistics, and an MBA from the United States International University in Kenya, coupled with strategic insight, sets him apart. This blend enables him to drive reform and innovation across institutions in public service, international development, academia, and the private sector.

Michael has held several senior advisory and project management roles in the Federal Ministries of Finance, National Planning, Works, and Water Resources. He also served as a consultant to the World Bank and DFID on governance reform, digital transformation, and public sector modernisation. Mr Magaji is a co-founder and faculty member of the Kaduna Business School, having trained thousands to enhance economic empowerment and human capital development.

He is recognised for his collaborative leadership style, multilingual fluency in English, French, Hausa, and Jukun, and his passion for policy-driven transformation. His ability to work effectively with diverse teams instils confidence in his leadership.

Michael has completed advanced programs at Harvard Kennedy School, MIT, and the World Bank Training Institute.
