Okoh, DG, BPE in the matter between BFIG v. BPE to file their brief of argument and other necessary processes before 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0February, 2020 which is the next adjourned date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f; font-family: Century Gothic; font-size: large;\">The Court on Monday, 20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0January, 2020, in Appeal number CA\/A\/117\/M\/2019, fixed 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0February, 2020 for the hearing of the Motion Exparte or the substantive Appeal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic; font-size: large;\">It would be recalled that t<\/span><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f; font-family: Century Gothic; font-size: large;\">he Federal High Court, Abuja on 17<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0December 2019 had ordered that the Director General (DG) BPE be remanded in prison for 30 days for contempt of Court.<\/span><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f; font-family: Arial; font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f; font-family: Century Gothic; font-size: large;\">BPE immediately filed an appeal against the judgment of the lower Court and an application for a stay of its execution.
