Born on October 2, 1968 and hails from Ussa Local Government Area of Taraba State. He was engaged into the services of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on January 8, 2024 as a Director (GL 17).

He obtained his first degree in Linguistics/French from University of Maiduguri in 1989. He later pursued and obtained second degrees (Masters) in French and Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious University of Lagos and United States International University Nairobi in 1992 and 2017 respectively.

He has attended numerous trainings, workshops, conferences and other corporate events locally and internationally with reputable Organisations/ Institutions.

He is an experienced Public Servant and Administrator. He was Director Finance and General Services Department and currently the Director, Infrastructure & Public Private Partnership Department.

He serves as Chair/Member of various Boards of Privatised Enterprises, Committees and Teams within and outside the Bureau.

Prior to his engagement with the Bureau, he was Special Adviser to: Minister of Ste Finance (2014), Minister of National Planning (2014), Minister of State for Works (2011), Minister of Water Resources (2010). He was also the Regional Director/Group Head, Northern Operations at Access Bank (2002-2003) and the Senior Manager at Citibank Nigeria (1999-2002).
