- At the submission deadline of 12:00 noon on Thursday, 20 September 2026, representatives of the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU) closed the bid register. Fourteen (14) EoIs were received: seven (7) for Lot 1, four (4) for Lot 2, and three (3) for Lot 3. Each bidder submitted the required original and one (1) copy of its EoI documents.
- The submissions were examined and cross-checked against the register in the presence of representatives of the participating firms, who confirmed that the documents were intact. The attendance sheet is attached as Annexure 1.
- An ACTU representative also observed the exercise to ensure transparency.
